Of all our latest products and systems, there is one that stands out as the most creative and innovative. Our ArtSphere floors are evidence of just how unique a Sphere8 floor can be… and we’ve had some very creative clients over the years! Although we’ve offered bespoke floors for the last 8 years, it’s only as Sphere8 that we have dedicated a specific product to finding innovative solutions to whatever you can dream up! So we thought it was time to look back at some of our most exciting ArtSphere projects…

Those who have checked out our Instagram feed know that every Wednesday we like to turn our eye to our resin wall finishes - it seems unfair that they get so little attention! Our floors are definitely what we're known for, but seamless surfaces are vertical as well as horizontal. It seems particularly unjust as our wall finishes are available in over 100 colours - so you have the chance to make a really unique statement.

With so many colours to choose from it can be hard to focus on just one... so we thought we'd turn your attention to the "colour of the moment"... Millennial Pink!

We are often asked about how suitable our floors are for residential projects – and we’re happy to say they are perfectly suited to private homes of all shapes and sizes! At Sphere8 we have spent nearly 8 (conveniently!) years building up our expertise in hand-poured floors and hand-applied wall coverings. Our resin has been adapted and perfected for this purpose, made UV-stable and durable with different build ups for almost every environment imaginable. However, we hadn’t planned for furniture! Not that this deterred us when we embarked on a project with Goldfinger Factory and Wellcome Trust to cover a bespoke magazine rack in layers of resin…

We are now well and truly into 2017 – nearly two weeks back in the office and mince pies and mulled wine are a distant memory! To celebrate the turning over of a new leaf, we’ve been busy in our Development Centre creating samples galore in preparation for a new year of showroom appointments, consultations and design meetings. At this time of year, with the afternoons still getting steadily darker and the temperatures dropping, it’s more important than ever to feel cosy and warm at home. It was almost a week ago now that we headed north for the annual Resin Flooring Association Awards, and after a very busy week there’s finally time to reflect on our success! The awards ceremony features as a regular date in the Sphere8 diary, and every year we’ve been successful in taking home at least one award – this year was no different with Sphere8 accepting not one but two Highly Commended awards for both Small and Large Commercial Project of the Year!
