Whilst concrete floors are limited by the colours it is available in, our floors are composed of the very pigment you choose – giving a saturated, opaque finish. With our unique Breccia finish you can also imitate a concrete terrazzo floor with mixed aggregate of your choice – all with the same seamless properties.
One of the most important advantages of resin, particularly in residential projects, is the issue of comfort. Polished concrete floors are frequently cold and hard underfoot, whilst our resin floors are soft, smooth and warm with a natural elasticity. Almost all of our clients mention this as an obvious advantage of choosing a Sphere8 floor over concrete – although they are compatible with underfloor heating, it is certainly not necessary.
