In many ways this was a standard residential installation for us - a motion floor in Carbon Steel to resemble polished concrete flows throughout the house.
The design of the house is inspiring anyway, and the neutral resin floors provide the perfect modern yet discreet backdrop for this. However, the real bespoke challenge came with the custom steps descending into the family room where the client wanted bold designs. We were able to find a solution by laying transparent resin over their custom stairs to both protect and preserve them as well as uniting the upper and lower floors with the same product. A challenging but rewarding endeavour that has resulted in a truly unique family home.
