When looking into residential flooring at Sphere8, LuxSphere and HomeSphere are very popular. HomeSphere was developed for residential environments, whereas LuxSphere is the most popular residential flooring system. Therefore, these systems are perfectly suited to any home and space.

When considering LuxSphere and HomeSphere, it's important to understand both the similarities of the systems, and the differences, to make a clear choice on the suitability. Furthermore, both systems have the ability to withstand UV light, and make an emission-free contribution to indoor air quality. For a residential flooring system, these qualities are very beneficial.

HomeSphere was developed for residential environments, and can be used throughout the home: in the kitchen, living and dining areas, bathrooms or bedrooms. This residential flooring system can withstand daily wear and tear with minimal effort, and is easy to clean. With its waterproof properties, a HomeSphere floor is simple to be wiped or mopped clean. Therefore, a HomeSphere floor is suitable for any home or family.

Due to the natural polymers in a Sphere8 floor, the floor will be warm and soft underfoot during every season, with or without under-floor heating. Furthermore, with the natural elasticity of this floor system, it is more forgiving than polished concrete - providing safety for families.

LuxSphere is the number one residential flooring system at Sphere8, with many clients choosing it for its extended warranty and additional protection against potential future issues. This system incorporates an additional reinforced base coat into the original HomeSphere system, improving on the durability and strength of the floor, but without compromising the elasticity and comfort. With the addition of the reinforced base coat, an increased warranty can be offered, as well as no additional costs for the preparation of the subfloor (subject to completing our checklist).

For clients looking to have a longer term investment on their floor, or if the existing subfloor requires more work, LuxSphere is the recommended option. The LuxSphere system is described as a bit extra; with the same comfortable characteristics of the other systems, but with an increased guarantee and further peace of mind.
